VIVOBAREFOOT

Vivobarefoot launched in 2012 as a standalone brand, and is based in London, England. Vivobarefoot is on a mission to change the footwear industry based on one simple insight — shoes should let your feet do their natural thing. The shoes feature a patented, ultra - thin, puncture - resistant sole in every shoe that protects the foot and allows maximum sensor y feedback. Designed using ancient wisdom with modern technology vivobarefoot is a complete shoe collection for off road, exercise and everyday wear, as well as a line for kids.

Created by two cousins from a long line of cobblers, Galahad and Asher Clark of the Clarks shoe empire, we are on a quest to make the perfect shoe — perfect for feet. Vivobarefoot footwear is produced sustainably using recycled, locally sourced materials in independently monitored factories.

DANSKO

Founded in 1990 by Mandy Cabot an d Peter Kjellerup, Dansko’s mission is to improve the quality of people’s lives through great products, sincere passion and a commitment to a better tomorrow. Former horse trainers, Mandy and Peter sought the perfect “barn shoe.” They found it in a in a ti ny shop in Europe -- the traditional clog. They returned with suitcases filled with clogs for family and friends, and soon started selling them from the back of their station wagon. Word of the clogs comfort travel l ed quickly, and Dansko (meaning “Danish s hoe”) was born.

Dansko shoes are for people who strive to get the most from life. We make shoes that are simply good for your feet - all day, every day - in a range of styles that are just right for you. Like you, we go the extra mile, love what we do, and do our best to make the world a better place.

Based in West Grove, Pennsylvania (about 40 miles west of Philadelphia), Dansko employs over 150 dedicated people working in our LEED Gold Certified corporate headquarters and state of the art Distribution Center.

In 2012, Dansko proudly became 100% employee - owned through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). The transition to employee ownership marked the continuation of Dansko's commitment to its employees, its community and its values.
